Tickets are sold as non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All persons attending a performance must have a ticket including lap sitting infants. Ticket fees will vary on some performances whether sold online or at the box office. Tickets may be purchased online, through the Box Office at (269) 927-1221, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and one hour prior to show time.
For those with a hearing impairment, a limited number of hearing devices are available for your use at no additional charge. Please inquire at the Box Office.
Unless requested by the artist, Mendel Center Mainstage performances start promptly at the time stated. Please make every effort to be in your seat a few minutes prior to show time. To not disturb the other patrons, late arrivals will be seated by an usher during an appropriate break.
The entire Mendel Center is a smoke-free environment. This includes surrounding lobbies and restrooms.
All patrons must have a ticket, including children held by a parent. For the benefit of all our patrons, children who cause disruptions or are unable to sit quietly may be asked to leave.
Out of courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please silence cell phones, pagers, alarm watches, and other distracting electronic equipment prior to the start of the performance.
Photography, video, and other recording devices are contractually prohibited during Mendel Center Mainstage performances unless otherwise publicized.
Wheelchair Seating & Handicap Parking
The Mendel Center is handicap accessible. If you or any of your companions require special assistance, please ask any of our ushers. Handicap parking spaces are available in our well-lit parking lot immediately adjacent to the theatre.
